This is raw, unfiltered, unstrained honey from our hives here in Orange County, Virginia. Nectar sources include tulip poplar, blackberry, and clover.

We use a settling tank to clarify our honey so it retains all its pollen and a small amount of beeswax and propolis.

Loved it!

Being raised in Virginia, the taste is lovely and my body loves it! Now living in New Mexico and having tried the local honey, there’s no comparison! Here the honey is harsher whereas the Virginia honey is smoother.
